Fourteen days, unworn, tag on.
How to return
Write to studio@rivaay.phoenixcodes.org with your order reference within 14 days of delivery. We send a label (India) or an address (everywhere else).
What can come back
Any piece that is unworn, unwashed and has its tag. Made to order embroidered pieces cannot be returned.
Refunds
To the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece arriving at the atelier. Returns in India are collected free; international return postage is yours.
Exchanges
For a different size, return the first piece and order the second. It is faster than an exchange.
