What we keep, why, and for how long.
Rivaay is an invented label. This website is a showcase built by MK. The forms work and store what you send, so this page says plainly what happens to it.
What we keep
- Orders: your name, e-mail, address and what you ordered, to show the receipt. No payment details are asked for or stored.
- Newsletter: your e-mail address, until you unsubscribe.
- Notify me: your e-mail and the piece and size, until we write to you or for 6 months.
- Messages from the contact form: your name, e-mail and message, for 12 months.
What we do not keep
Your IP address is not stored. To limit abuse, a one way hash of it is kept for an hour and then deleted.
Cookies
None. Your bag and your currency choice are kept in your own browser’s storage and never sent to us until you place an order.
Who sees it
Only the studio. Data is stored with our database host in the United States.
Your rights
Write to studio@rivaay.phoenixcodes.org to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you.
